We announce the first validated lunar impact flash detection during the first night of operations (17/8/2025) of the new 3-yr observing campaign. Due to the relatively high illumination phase of the Moon (~0.4) the flash was recorded in only two successive images in the I-band and marginally in one in R-band. Details are given here.
