We are happy to announce that the NELIOTA project is starting its third phase of lunar impact flash observations in August 2025, through a 3-year ESA contract. We welcome Dr Dimitris Athanasopoulos to the project, who will perform the observations and validation of the lunar impact flashes and Mr Kosmas Fritzalas, who will be responsible for the new database to be developed for the archiving and publishing of the lunar impact flashes. Dr Alexis Liakos is PI of NELIOTA-III. The observing schedule is available here.
